                        CELL MEMORY TECHNIQUE--The sessions are 30 minutes. Will set up a time after registration.

Cells have memories. Even if your conscious mind has forgotten, your body remembers – down to the cellular level.  Finding the root cause (core issues) instead of treating symptoms is the key part of the healing journey.

When trauma is suppressed into the cellular memory, that energy can get stuck and can lead to developing physical illness. Undiagnosed pain and chronic life-threatening illnesses are by-products of unresolved suffering.  Modern science teaches us that your cells contain DNA which is the "blueprint" for the complete design of your physical body. They also hold the "blueprint" for your mental, emotional, and spiritual state. Your cells "remember" all of who you have been in past lives and all you have been in this life right up to the present day (hence the term "cellular memory”).

Accidents, illness, arguments, abuse, grief, stress, and unsettled struggles become embedded as “cellular memory.” Events that have long since been buried emerge upon present day triggers. Cellular memory technique helps clear past traumas and unwanted patterns.

What can Cellular Memory Technique be used for?

The late Dr. John Sarno of the NYU School of Medicine also concluded that adult chronic pain, especially back pain, likely originates from unhealed cellular memories. In fact, many researchers like Dr. Sarno, postulate that the subconscious is much more powerful than the conscious. Becoming aware that a physical problem can stem from an emotional one is the beginning.

 

Another important fact is that cellular memory drives behavior. We all have examples of this in our lives. It can be as obvious as someone being afraid to get into a car after a car accident. Or having a fear that others perceive it as irrational and baseless. Making new memories and deactivating those that no longer work for us can shift the way we behave in innumerable ways.  It can make us less angry and reactive. It can increase our sense of love and joy. It can improve mood and give us control over undesirable behaviors. To start, it is important to understand that the cause of a health difficulty, whether physical or emotional, can lie in past trauma. And sometimes, identifying this trauma and processing it effectively makes the difference between maintaining health and experiencing illness. It can be as simple as changing the way one perceives something. Wayne Dyer     (spiritual author and speaker) wrote “when you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.
